This 30 minute intense, but self paced, workout boosts your metabolism for maximum fitness and weight loss in a short amount of time. Maximize your results by going twice a week. This small group exercise class provides the benefits of a personal trainer with the lower cost associated with group exercise. All classes lead by exercise physiologist Ramona Stehle (bio).
